Warranty


All of these racks are warranted to be free of material defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Customer's exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall be subject to the following conditions: (1) notice of any defect is received by Enclume within the warranty period and (2) customer returns the defective product to Enclume Design Products, Inc., 24 Colwell Street, Port Hadlock, WA 98339, postage prepaid within 20 days following a return authorization number (which may be obtained by telephoning (877) 362-5863). There is no other warranty, express or implied. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENCLUME SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISES OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ENCLUME'S PRODUCTS. Warranty

This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate the product in accordance with instructions and the recommended electrical current. This warranty applies only to units sold in the United States of America.

If you have any questions concerning the warranty of any of Lentek products please call customer service at 888-3Lentek or 407-857-8786. If you have warranty questions outside of USA, check the warranty enclosed with the product for the name of the local distributor and/or customer service number. If the information is unavailable, please email Warranty@lentek.com.

If manufacture defect occurs, please email customer service requesting a return authorization number. You may also call 888-3Lentek or (407) 857-8786.

Once you receive your RA number, securely pack the entire unit with original proof of purchase or dealer receipt. Be sure carton clearly identifies sender by name and address. Include a letter or card describing defect. Mail prepaid via insured parcel to:

Warranty 

The manufacturer WARRANTS THIS PRODUCT TO BE DEFECT FREE IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.  Defective products may be returned by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner within the warranty period, with proof of purchase date to Sunpentown Int?.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at manufacturer? discretion, free of charge.  All replacement parts or units will be new or reconditioned.  Parts or units, which are replaced, become the property of Sunpentown.  Warranty after repair or replacement will not be extended beyond the original one-year period.

Freight charges included in warranty:

1. Within first two months of purchase, Sunpentown will cover freight charge both ways. 
2. After two months to one year, Sunpentown will cover return freight.


The warranty does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, nor to damages incurred through improper use and care, faulty packing or mishandling by any common carrier.

Repairs not covered by this warranty may be returned to Sunpentown, postage prepaid.  All repairs or services will be performed at current cost for parts and labor plus return postage.  Please carefully box your package for shipping and it is HIGHLY recommended to return product by insured or by traceable means.  Sunpentown is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost or damaged by any of the carriers.

Manufacturer? sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to such repair or replacement.  This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other legal rights varying from state to state.


If you have a claim:

1. Do not return the product to the retailer from which it was purchased.
2. Please contact our consumer service department (1-800-330-0388 M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm PST) for assistance and to ensure the fastest possible resolution to the problem. Please have the model or type number of your product on hand.
3. If it is determined that you should return your product for repair or replacement, send the product along with proof of purchase date and a description of the nature of the defect to:

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be sent with all shipping charges pre-paid. We suggest that you carefully wrap your package for shipping and send by insured or by traceable means.

What happens to my return?
If the inspection shows that the product is defective, under our Limited Warranty, Sunpentown will attempt to repair or will replace the defective part or product at no cost to you. Comparable substitutions are based on replacement product availability and at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.

If our inspection shows that the product is not defective under our Limited Warranty we will return it to you shipping charges prepaid.

Please note that the inspection process can take 7-10 business days from receipt of your return. Replacements and/or repairs can take 4-6 weeks depending on product/part availability.

Product Assurance
The Quality Assurance Department controls the quality of products and, thereby, enhances the competitiveness of the company within the global marketplace. Sunpentown utilizes the AQL method of random sampling and continue to maintain a high quality, receiving the international standards quality certificate ISO 9002 since 1994.

Dualit will accept returns if:
.The Product delivered is not what you ordered
.The Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality
Dualit will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.

Amcor Wine Vault Returns Policy

I - Damaged Products:
Occasionally, product may be damaged in shipping. All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage before signing the carrier's freight bill. Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. For all shipments, the packaging should be saved in good order in case a return needs to be made. If there is severe damage, do not accept the delivery. Please contact us at 1-866-361-2233 to report the damage.

A - Visible Damage to Packaging
If there is Visible Damage or you feel there may be Concealed Damage to the packaging, carefully unpack and inspect the contents of the shipment prior to signing the Freight Bill. If the contents are damaged, you should reject the shipment. If the contents are not damaged you should accept the shipment, but you should still make a note on the freight bill that the packaging was damaged.

B - Concealed Damage
If damage is concealed and you did not make a note on the Freight Bill, you have 48 hrs. to report that damage to Amcor. Damaged items will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the Buyer. All items damaged in transit can be exchanged or refunded the full amount of the merchandise (plus shipping and handling) as long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals and accessories. Once a damage procedure is initiated, the shipping company will return to the delivery location to inspect and pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays. If you do not make the product available for pick up, you will be responsible to ship the product back yourself. Please call us ASAP at 1-866-361-2233 to return or report a damaged product.

1 - Replacement of Damaged products:
Amcor will pick up and replace the damaged unit at no additional cost to the buyer. A replacement unit will be sent out when the original unit is received in our warehouse. You will be contacted by Amcor within 48 hours to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number authorizing the return. This RA# is only valid for 2 weeks. Please mark the outside of the packaging with this RA#. The freight company will call you to schedule the pick up. It is your responsibility to be available at the scheduled time of pick up. Only one attempt will be made to pick up the unit. If you miss the scheduled appointment, it will be your responsibility to return the unit back to us at your own expense.

2 - Return for Credit - Should you decide not to take a replacement unit, we will issue a full credit.

II Non-Defective Product Returns

Return for Credit - Should you decide to cancel your order, we will issue a store credit for the unit only - the freight in and out is the responsibility of the customer - we will coordinate the pick up of the unit, but the freight is the responsibility of the customer. For Buyers Remorse returns, a 20% restocking fee will be charged when the store credit is issued.

Return Notes:
All returns must be approved by Amcor in the form of the RA# assigned by Amcor. The Return Authorization # is valid for 2 weeks only. A 15% restocking fee will be charged when units are returned without an Amcor authorized RA#. Any item(s) being returned must be re-packaged as it was delivered, with all components, materials and documentation. If the item was received double-boxed, it must be returned in this manner.

Amcor Wine Vault Warranty Policy

WHAT IS COVERED
One Year Limited Warranty Amcor, Inc. ("Amcor") warrants the original retail purchaser ("Purchaser") purchasing in the United States that the Amcor product with which this warranty is enclosed is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Amcor's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace, or at Amcor's discretion, to repair, free of charge, all defective parts, for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IS SIMILARLY LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND NO ACTION BASED UPON ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT- ABILITY OR OTHERWISE MAY BE COMMENCED AFTER EXPIRATION OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, AMCOR, will at its option, repair or replace any part of the unit, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. During this period AMCOR will provide all parts necessary to correct such defects free of charge, so long as the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions in the owner's manual. In rental or commercial use, the warranty period is 90 days.

The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product which in Amcor's judgment has been: (1) subject to misuse or neglect. (2) damaged in an accident. (3) used for a purpose for which it was not designed, or (4) repaired or altered in any way that adversely affected its performance or reliability.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

· Content losses of food or other, due to spoilage

· Incidental or consequential damages.

· Parts and Labor costs for the following will not be considered as warranty:
Door Springs, and/or frames.
Inner door panels, door rails and/or door supports.
Light bulbs and/or plastic housing.
Plastic cabinet liners.
Punctured evaporator that voids the warranty on the complete sealed system.
Repairs peformed by third party, other than Amcor.
Service calls that do not involve defects in material or workmanship such as customer education, door reversal, or proper installation.
Service calls that are related to external problems, such as abuse, misuse, inadequate electrical power, accidents, fire, floods, or acts of God.
Replacement of house fuses or resetting circuit breakers.
Failure of product if used for other than its intended purpose.
Failure of product due to improper installation

· This warranty does not apply outside the Continental USA.

To obtain warranty service, the defective product or part must be shipped or delivered to Amcor. All postage, insurance and shipping charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser and are not included in this warranty.

LIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY

For the Second through fifth year from the date of original purchase, AMCOR will provide a replacement compressor free of charge due to a failure. You are responsible for the service labor and freight charges. In rental or commercial use, the limited compressor warranty is one year and nine months. Cost to move the appliance to the servicers' shop and back to the user's home, as may be required, are the users responsibility.

AMCOR NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER (LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF AN AMCOR PRODUCT, NOR FOR THE DAMAGES DUE TO ACCIDENT, ABUSE, LACK OF RESPONSIBLE CARE, THE AFFIXING OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED ATTACHMENT, LOSS OF PARTS, OR USE AT A VOLTAGE OTHER THAN SPECIFIED. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Amcor disclaims all liabilities for defects or damages caused by use of replacement parts obtained from or by service at any service center other than Amcor's authorized service center. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
